I'm So Proud!
My 7 yo got her first email account this week. Heavily controlled through a site with awesome parental controls, but yes, her first email acct.
She got an email this afternoon from an acquaintance in the UK and called me over to see.
"Mom, she spelled color wrong!"
It was colour. I explained about Brit spellings and she was okay with it, but still. A proud moment for Editor Mom.

LOL... sounds like me when I realized my kid was counting 100 pens for me to take to a conference and he was doing it by 10s in his head. LOL. Dorks.
